Hi! I’m Megan. And I know what it means firsthand to contend with and conquer the ever-changing demands of business ownership. Entrepreneurship has been in my heart from the very beginning of my working life… I just hadn’t realized the degree to which I sought the autonomy of shaping my own future until my mid-30s after stepping away from a decade+ long, successful, and thriving Pharmacy career to build and grow my consulting and coaching business.
For me, my consulting is all about CONNECTION and VALUE. By partnering a unique blend of Executive Coaching expertise and strategic Human Resource management knowledge with my Organizational Consulting, I provide meaningful value to my business clients by helping them successfully scale through people. We work together to strategically organize their teams and develop and foster a positive team culture strategically centered around high performance and growth for my clients’ businesses.
As a consultant, I’m told I’m direct but understanding; professional yet authentic.
